By creating an account or taking a test you agree to these terms. Fast Pass UK Test is a revision tool. It is not an official exam, booking service, or government website.
Practice only
Questions, pass marks and timings are designed to feel like the real tests. They are not issued by the DVSA or the Home Office. Using this site does not guarantee that you will pass an official test. Read our Disclaimer as well.
Accounts
You must give accurate details when you register and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service, scrape the question bank, or interfere with other learners.
Tests and results
You can take unlocked tests without a paid plan. Locked tests need an active paid subscription. Practice mode shows feedback as you go. Mock mode hides answers until you submit. Scores are saved to your account when you are signed in.
Subscriptions
Paid plans unlock locked tests for the number of days shown on the plan. Free access covers unlocked tests only. Starting a plan updates the access recorded on your account. Plan details are shown on the Plans page before you confirm.
Acceptable use
Do not copy the question bank for resale, attempt to break into other accounts, or use automated tools to harvest content. Teaching yourself or practising with the tests as intended is allowed.
Intellectual property
The Fast Pass UK Test name, layout and original site content belong to us. Question text is provided for personal practice only.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change tests, plans or features as the question bank is updated.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for exam outcomes, lost marks, or losses that come from relying on practice material. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy. To close your account, email the administrator from the delete account page.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version. The date at the top of this page will change when we revise them.
